Dr. Rony Dagher

Dr. Rony E. Dagher is a Certified Dental Specialist in Root Canal Therapy. Rony Graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree from the University of Toronto (U of T), and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Case Western University in 1995, where he received numerous awards in clinical dentistry. He taught at the U of T Dental School for several years, while practicing general dentistry in a private office setting. Here, he gained valuable experience in operative, prosthetic, and cosmetic dentistry. He completed a 3-year Masters Residency at U of T’s post-graduate endodontic program.

Dr. Dagher is the sole Endodontist at Oshawa Endodontics and currently maintains a teaching post with the Graduate Endodontics Department of the Faculty of Dentistry at U of T. Dr. Dagher serves on the board of examiners for the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (RCDC), in the division of endodontics responsible for administering the specialty qualifications exam, and has been a fellow of RCDC since 2002. Dr. Dagher is proficient in the use of the operating microscope and has a special interest in the treatment of traumatic injuries, especially those impacting children.

Dr. Dagher enjoys skiing, golfing, hiking, and many other outdoor activities. He is also involved in many community programs raising funds and organizing events to help local children with Sick Kids Hospital and World Vision.
